Born 1979 in Tasmania now living in Victoria, Peter is influenced by
the perceptions of landscape and space. In 2001 he graduated with
Honors from the University of Tasmania Centre for The Arts.
Moving to Adelaide in 2002, he took up Design Associate position, in
the Ceramics Studio at the Jam Factory Centre for Contemporary Craft
and Design. Most recently has become Artist in Residence at
Clayworks Pottery Supplies, Melbourne.
Being aware of aspects of engineering and chemistry that form part of
many ceramic processes, Peter’s work is tribute to the medium and
evidence of the infinite possibilities of clay.
