EDUCATION
Diploma of Visual Arts, Alexander Mackie College of Advanced
Education, Sydney.
Major in ceramics and jewellery.
1978 – 1985 Married
to Australian artist Charles Blackman. Assisted Charles in his
studio on various
projects, which included ceramic works, designing
ballet sets for the
Sydney Dance Company and Western Australian
Ballet Company.
During this period, Genevieve was responsible for
cataloguing all of
Blackman’s studio work and the organisation of his
exhibitions around
the world.
