Despard Gallery is proud to work in partnership with the State Cinema, providing a rage of original artworks from local and interstate artists to be exhibited throughout the cinema complex. Though this initiative the State Cinema and Despard Gallery help to support the arts community within Tasmania and beyond. Throughout the complex you can discover a range of artworks including painting, photography and mixed media. This includes work on view within the State Cinema Bookshop, throughout the halls of cinema complex and within the adjacent wine bar.
