Patrick Collins is a nationally recognised ceramist who works exclusively in tin glazed maiolica to produce one off decorative forms and tableaux exploring a contemporary reinterpretation of the 15th century Italian Historiato tradition.
During a career spanning several decades he has exhibited at the national and international level with his work included in many major public and private collections including the National Gallery of Australia Gallery. Patrick has been represented by Despard Gallery since 1993 he is currently working on the development of a new series of work for exhibition.
