Despard Gallery, in association with Arkwright & Carpenter, is pleased to invite you to the second iteration of our Winter Salon series. This special exhibition features both fine and contemporary art from Tasmania, presented in the unique heritage setting of Oatlands.
Titled Arcadia, the exhibition brings together a selection of new work by leading Tasmanian artists Anthea Boden and Stephen Lees. Each embodies the close connections that we all share towards Tasmania, its unique beauty and rich history.
At the heart of the exhibition is the opportunity to celebrate our unique Tasmanian talent and widen their creative reach to new and existing clients. Oatlands has emerged to represent a growing cultural renewal of the midlands, moving in a way that articulates the artistic and geographic heart of Tasmania.
